Leave a Legacy for Dia

Donation protected
Dia transformed their own life and the lives of everyone they met along the way.

To honor Dia's spirit of kindness and generosity, our family wants to raise funds for naming rights and an endowment scholarship for future students at Johns Hopkins University. While at Hopkins, Dia realized they wanted to tell and illustrate their own stories and decided to become a Writing Seminar major, ending their last semester with a 3.6 GPA.

Although we'll never know what greatness Dia would have created, this scholarship will provide students like Dia with an opportunity to positively impact the world at one of the top research universities in the country.

We also hope to have a permanent space on campus bearing Dia's name that will welcome all who seek to gather.

Some of you knew Dia from their second home, Uncle Bobbie's, and some of you are long-time friends and former teachers, but all of you can make a difference with whatever you can donate.

For the 21 years Dia was with us, we watched them do and accomplish so much, and we are most grateful for how they showed up in the world as an encouraging and loving servant.

Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
