Diamond fund a much needed & deserved family trip

Diamond is 9 years old and is one of the kindest, happiest individuals I have had the privilege of teaching.

She always has the biggest smile on her face from the start to the end of a class. So polite and helpful and just an all around amazing little human being.

Unfortunately in 2020 aged just 6 she was diagnosed with Lukemia. After months of time in hospital with aggressive treatment she thankfully fought it off with absolute strength and determination. She returned to training and passed her Yellow Belt with flying colours.

In Feb 2021 it unfortunately reappeared and she spent her summer holidays in hospital again aded to this at just aged 8 had to have a bone marrow transplant. Again, with grit and determination and all round being a bad ass she fought it.

Unfortunately, it has returned. Stronger than ever. Yet, bless her she is still at training with a smile on her face.

As a club I pride ourselves on lots of things but I have to say when one of our students and their families is in need. I KNOW our club bands together to look after our own. I am asking for your help. I would like to raise funds for the family to spend some much needed quality time as a family to relax away from the stress of life and the awful hand that has been dealt to Diamond. It will then be up to the family on where and when around treatment but it is so deserving. It shouldnt happen to anyone, but to a child, to one of the nicest children Ive ever met, it is heartbreaking.

If you can chip in to make this happen I know it will be so unbelievably gratefully recieved.
