Diamonds: Conference for Chronic Illness Warriors
Donation protected
Hello,
My name is Sara Willoughby, and I’m the host of the Diamonds conference. Diamonds is an online conference designed specifically to serve chronically ill Christians. Millions of chronically ill people fight unseen battles every day, and we want them to know that they aren’t alone. Not by a long shot.
This year’s conference is all about relationships in the midst of long-term illness, from caregiver-patient relationships to marriage to friendship between spoonies.
Diamonds is offered for free because we don’t want to add another burden to people already weighed down with medical bills. But there were still expenses that needed to be paid to be able to host this conference, all of which have come out of my pocket.
Your donation will help pay for this year’s conference expenses — like the streaming platform, paperback study guide formatting, manual labor, etc. — as well as go towards helping put on Diamonds 2021.
Thank you for being a big part of blessing hundreds of chronic illness warriors and letting them know you care deeply for their suffering. (See 1 Cor. 12:26)
Michelle, one of the Diamonds 2019 attendees, shared, “I am one of those individuals who is not able to attend church right now, nor able to leave home much. To gather together and be encouraged amidst this type of chronic illness, in my own home, was such a blessing. I found myself being reminded of things God had already been teaching me, being reminded that I am not alone in my struggle and hearing new words of encouragement.”
Will you donate to help many other chronic illness warriors like Michelle receive the encouragement and teaching that they crave?
Thanks for your help!
In Christ,
Sara
