Diana Regan

Diana was a beautiful, compassionate woman who was a loving wife to her husband Tim and mother to her two beautiful children Patrick and Danielle. Starting from February, Diana battled through months of physical pain due to her diagnosis of Dermatomytosis and ovarian cancer. She put up her fight and completed her rounds of chemo along with surgery. The past couple of weeks before her passing, she started to feel fatigued before her trip to Ireland with her husband but kept to herself. After enjoying their trip together Diana’s health took a turn for the worse. She had been in UConn with an unexpected fungal infection in her lungs, which had spread quick and was hard to fight off due to her immune system already being compromised. After days of fighting in the hospital, Sunday night we said our goodbyes to Diana, she no longer had to battle. If you know Diana, you knew what a beautiful person she was inside and out. She was an incredible spouse, mother, sister, nurse, and overall great person. We ask for prayers and support for her children/their family in this time of need.
