Diana's Surgery Expenses

In 2020, my friend, Diana Lopez from Chubut, Argentina, will be having life changing and risky surgery to get one of her vertebrae removed and replaced while also repairing her scoliosis. She's been suffering with chronic pain due to her spine, and this surgery will give her the chance at a new life. At 21 years old, she has such a bright future ahead of her and it's time for this pain to no longer control that.
The main challenge for Diana's family, however, is that the surgery will be done by a doctor in Buenos Aires which is 16 hours by car and 20 hours by bus from where she lives in Chubut. This means that there will be many added expenses during her surgery for her family to travel with her and stay in Buenos Aires for the few months it will take for Diana's recovery. Along with the travel for doctors appointments and tests, this is putting a lot of stress on Diana's family financially (along with the stress of the surgery itself).
I want to help her. The last thing she should be stressing over is these expenses, and I don't want this to be the reason she either can't have the surgery or has to push it off another few years.
I am asking for you to help me raise $1400 CAD (~$1000 USD) for Diana's family in the next few weeks to help with these expenses around her preparation and recovery. The money raised will be used for food, transportation, and any potential emergencies during the surgery.
To be fully transparent, I am raising this money on her behalf because GoFundMe isn't yet available in Argentina, so I will transfer all of the funds to her once we reach our goal. I would like to send it to her before the new year.

Hi, my name is Diana Lopez and I'm from Argentina... Next year I have to travel from Chubut to Buenos Aires to get a spine surgery, this surgery will give me the chance to have a normal life without pain. I need to raise money for the food, transport and whatever emergencies my nana and I might have. Since my mom is staying, she will also need for the ticket to travel in case something goes wrong. We don't know how long we will have to stay there, so this will cover the months after. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this, thank you to the girls in my group chat for helping me too.
