Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our mom, Diane Marie Levay, on December 4, 2024. For those that knew her, her life from a young age had many struggles but she tried her best to stay on her feet. The last 2 years have been the hardest on all of us. Over the last couple years, she was cared for and supported by the amazing people at CAMH as she started to decline with early onset dementia. Our mom fought hard but with dementia the outcome is inevitable. Regardless of the pain and suffering she endured during her life, she was our mom and we love her so much.

As we navigate this difficult time, we are faced with unexpected funeral expenses. We want to give our mom the memorial she deserves to honor her memory and say our final goodbyes.

We are humbly asking for financial support to help cover funeral costs, including the service, cremation, and related expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will help lighten the financial burden during this painful time.
