Diane Rother

Hi, my name is Paige and my brother is Austin. We are Diane's grandchildren. Our Grammies passed away yesterday, January 30th, 2024. She has been going through cancer treatment for the last couple years. She was admitted into the hospital this past weekend after her last treatment last week. She unfortunately caught influenza A, pneumonia and sepsis. Her body could not fight it any longer. She was tired. She fought to the very end.

Thankfully, she was very comfortable and in no pain at any point during her stay. She was surrounded by loved ones being told how loved she was/is. We love her very much and she will be very missed. Diane cared very much about her family, friends, and pets. She was a light in every room she entered. We are raising funds for her cremation services, celebration of life and continuing care of her beloved cat, Tala. Unfortunately, due to her being out of work for so long from her cancer journey she lost her life insurance policy. Bills of course piled up. We appreciate any help you are willing to give and thank you for taking the time to visit and read our story. Please continue to send prayers to our family.
