Diane Rubino’s Medical Expenses

Diane is a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She has been married to Mark Rubino for 36 years. 

They met while working at a restaurant together. From the moment he saw her, He knew he would marry 

her. Mark and Diane have 4 children together as well as 4 grandchildren. In 2018, Diane lost her 25 year 

career at Feather River Hospital to the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA. Since then, She has been focusing on 

her family and her gardening. 

For the past month, Diane has been in the hospital battling COVID-19 as well as pneumonia. Due to her 

underlying conditions of COPD and Alpha 1 genetic disorder, the effects of COVID have taken its toll on 

her lungs. Her lungs are only functioning at 20% capacity. She is no longer able to breathe on her own 

and has been on forced oxygen for the past few weeks. While we all hope for a recovery, things are not 

looking well.
