Diane's Double Diagnosis
Diane has recently been diagnosed with stage IV small cell lung cancer and a small malignant mass in her breast. The evening before her 1st treatment her oncologist informed her that a $2000 upfront co-payment was needed for this and each of the 6 prescribed treatments she was expected to receive every 3 weeks.
Diane has enormous difficulty breathing on a daily basis due to the lung cancer. It is the most aggressive form of the disease and in order for her to begin to manage it, aggressive chemotherapy is necessary immediately.
Diane is not one to ever ask for help – so we are doing it for her – as she is a woman with limited resources. She is priceless to everyone around her – her children, her grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors, and everyone else she has touched during her generous and giving lifetime. Her sacrifices have known no limits, her love has known no boundaries.
Please consider helping in any way that you can so that we can have more days with a woman who is more valuable than any administrator could every possibly know. Thank you for any generosity you might be able to show a woman who makes this world a more meaningful place for so many.
