CLE Clinic Nurse Gets Carjacked
Donation protected
Fresh out of Nursing School at CSU, Diane Capuano has just begun her career as a Registered Nurse at the Cleveland Clinic. Anyone that has had the pleasure of meeting her knows what a gift to society she is. Growing up with her has been a gift to me - she is the most honest, driven, humorous, and generous friend. She is the type of person that makes Arnold Palmer's when life hands her lemons. She is resilient, caring and pioneering.
Last week, Diane went to visit her Grandmother after work. A car had followed her from the Cleveland Clinic to her Grandmother's home in Rocky River. As she arrived at her Grandmothers, two men appeared on each side of her vehicle and robbed her at gunpoint. They took her car, her purse and her fearlessness with force. Today, I learned that Diane had borrowed her mom's car to get to work. Since her car insurance does not cover theft, she isn't left with many options. She is a warrior, a humanitarian and one hell of a girl and I hope that you can join in supporting her however you are able to. The goal is to get Diane a new pair of wheels and some self-defense classes. Please share with your friends and family. Your help means the world, thank you so much for your support.
