Memorial fund for Dianne

Beloved wife, mother, and Grammy, Dianne Branson Downing, has gone home to her heavenly Father and beloved husband. She leaves behind Joseph Downing, her youngest and very special grandson whom she loved very much.

Joe is a child with autism who hasn't yet blessed the world with his speech, but one of his favorite ways to show his love was playing patty cake with his Grammy and playing peekaboo in her lap. Dianne was always finding ways to stimulate Joe's young mind, and she cared very deeply about his ongoing care and finding activities that would enrich his life. She believed nothing could hold back a boy like Joe, and our family decided to set up this fund in hopes that nothing ever does.

Dianne raised a family who wants to see the people they love succeed, and it is her family who has put this together in hopes of honoring her memory by investing in her beloved grandson's future. Providing him with the greatest chance at success was important to her, and it would mean the world to her that her family carried out what her wishes would have been to provide him with that chance.
