Help the Diaz Family Recover After Ian
Donation protected
Hi Everyone, Sarah Marshall and Shavon Seegobin here and we are am aiming to raise funds for a dear family within our amazing Full Sail family who have lost so much over the last few days with Hurricane Ian making its way through our area.
Unfortunately, on Thursday morning, three of our Full Sail family members, Rosie Diaz an Online File Processor, her mother Vilma Valladares Diaz a Student Loan Management Advisor, and her brother Elvys Diaz who is an up-and-coming December 2022 Graduate from our campus Game Development Bachelor’s Degree, along with their sister and grandmother had to go to a local shelter as their family home began to flood. They are now aware that their home is unlivable at this time; most of their belongings are damaged, from furnishings, cars, and personal mementos, to clothing.
Personally, we have been lucky enough to have known Rosie and Vilma over the last several years. For those who know them, we imagine you would agree that both Vilma and Rosie are some of the most positive, authentically genuine, and kind-hearted people out there, which from what we know, sounds like traits that run through the family. In a time when there is so much unknown and waiting for more permanent solutions, the family is taking it as best as possible, appreciating what they still have within each other, and are ready for what is next.
Please take a moment and donate what you can to help this family within our larger Full Sail family start piecing things back together. Anything is helpful and going to an incredibly wonderful, close-knit family that is beyond gracious of any assistance.
Thank you so very much for your time, thoughts, and any donation you may be able to make.
