Get Dice to EVO 2023

Dice is an up and coming Lily player from Central Florida. Ending off his run at CEO 2023 at 97th of 1082, he would love to show off his growth at the biggest stage in the FGC, EVO. This being the first Street Fighter 6 EVO bracket, it makes it one of the most important.
