Diedra Drake - Beloved Mother, Daughter, Author

My mother, Diedra Drake, passed away on July 27th, 2023, at 3:30 pm. She was a strong, intelligent, bold woman who shaped me into what I am today, and she lived fearlessly, always diving into new things. Diedra started her own successful web design company years ago, before getting her Master's degree, and then deciding to become an author of fantasy fiction. She had been ill for a month and a half when she suddenly had a stroke, and I'm fundraising to cover the costs of her funeral, burial, headstone, and end-of-life medical bills. Also to help me take care of my handicapped brother, who requires 24/7 care. This will help us stay afloat during this period of mourning and as we move forward. Everything and anything is appreciated, no matter how small. Thank you for reading and helping us remember her.
