Diegoooooooo diegoooooo! Please help this angel!

Hi! My name is Angela and I’m raising money to help this handsome little chihuahua named Diego! This poor little guy lived his best life until his owner passed several months ago and then his life was in shambles quickly! He was given away to a bad fit and he was terrified, so he ran…twice! Diego spent weeks hiding out between the woods, country road and a dirt floor garage. He wasn’t even being searched for by the new “owner” We located this sweet boy on Sunday, August 6. He was sleeping in a pile of trash in that dirt floor garage. He was covered in dirt, fleas and ticks and starving. Diego knew that we were there to help and accepted our love without any trouble! Weighing in at just 4.5 pounds (with a harness and sweater on), he is ready to get well and be loved, as he was once before! We are asking for donations to help cover his vet care to get him healthy again! He’s about half of his normal weight and needs a lot of care. Please help us give this boy the care he deserves!
