Family in need, humbly asking for help.

Update... As you all know we've reached our original goal for our fundraiser. Unfortunately the unexpected hits just keep on coming.  Much to our regret we graciously and respectfuly have had to keep this going. We understand everyone is struggling and we just can't put into words our appreciation for everyone who has donated so far. We promise to continue to do the work, keep our message to always pay it forward alive and do our best to not let you down.

Sharon & Al Warnock here. We own a small mobile concession business. We go from Illinois to Florida & back each season to work. We have been doing well since 2018 when we started out on this journey, however, have recently found it more & more difficult to keep up financially with home and business necessities.

With the current cost of everything that we need to keep going such as rent, health insurance, gas, lack of customers for our small business, (as we know others are struggling too), not failing in our promise of our business to help animal shelters, cost of booth fees, food, and on and on it goes, it has unexpectedly become a dire situation for us.

Al & I have been together since 1981 & have never been afraid of hard work. We have worked hard for every single thing we have, which isn't much but it's ours. We continue to work every day & constantly look for ways to cut back in our business, without jeopardizing quality, as well as our personal life in every way possible. But it has come down to almost nothing left, are there just aren't any more corners to cut.

We have an opportunity to get back on our feet in June but if we don't have the funds to get there, as we're currently working in Florida, then we will most certainly be bust. It's sad that just a couple of months can destroy everything you have worked so hard for and not because of lack of trying.

Please know this is not an easy thing for us to do waving the white flag as they say, but we feel we have no choice now. To watch all of our hard work, watch my husband (Big Al) feel so awful coming to terms with he isn't superman, & I can't find another way up is really hard for me/us. But if the alternative is to go bust then I must ask for your help. Anything at all that anyone is able or willing to contribute will be gratefully & humbly appreciated.

Just like all the others on this page, we are good people, who work hard, care about others & strive for the better good are now reaching out. A very big part of who we are is to PAY IT FORWARD. We strive daily in even the smallest of ways to do just that. A dear friend just said to me, so why can't anyone pay it forward for YOU & give back for you? And then said, post that GoFundMe page.
