Dillan and Rocky's Sponsored Valentines Walk

Please sponsor us!!
Dillan and Rocky recently did a sponsored walk around Dulwich Park in Valentines Fancy Dress to raise money for Dulwich Riding School, and are keeping the page open for a few more weeks to try and reach their target of £5k.
Covid-19 has affected many businesses, some more than others. The stables has been forced to close to the public, therefore no lessons are allowed to take place which in black and white means there has been no income. £0.
The horses still need to be fed, watered, sheltered and thats before the unexpected vets bills that can crop up at any given moment (amongst so many other things) that need paying for.
Emergency savings have been paving the way up until this moment - but these are quickly running out and it's down to us - the community - to pull together and save this business that has been invaluable in both my life and the lives of so many others.
I rode and worked at the stables for many years, the stables is and has always been an inclusive, safe space. I personally learnt my work ethic from Dulwich Riding School - I had to work HARD to earn my ride. But all those blisters on my hands from sweeping, sore feet at the end of the day were worth spending the day with the horses and having my riding lessons. And this is a life skill that is still with me.
As you've probably seen I've started my daughter Dillan off early and she now comes with me to the stables, and already works for her rides on Rocky! The stable girls will confirm to you that she fills up buckets, grooms Rocky, scrubs his door, and shares her carrots with him (I'm not sure who eats more!)
It's only right that we do our part and try and raise as much as we can to help keep this safe space open - for all of us to enjoy.
Please dig deep and keep an eye on Dillan & Rocky's Instagram (@dillydots) for lots of updates!
Thank you - as always.
Biggest love.
