Hey everyone!

This November for Men’s Mental Health Month and cancer awareness, I'm organizing a fundraising event called “Dippin N Tippin” in support of the West Clare Cancer Centre. We’ll be doing a cold water immersion swim in Dromineer and would love for you to join in!

Bring warm clothes, a flask for hot tea or coffee, and a funny (but safe!) item of clothing to make it fun. This isn’t a college event, so feel free to invite anyone who might be interested.

Donations of any size are welcome via my GoFundMe link, with all proceeds going to the West Clare Cancer Centre.
