Dire need for medical costs for Bill Lockard!

Bill Lockard finally has a diagnosis of Chronic Sarcoidosis. He is starting chemotherapy. After 3 agonizing years of pain, shortness of breath, constant nausea and vomiting, him loosing 60+ pounds (most of that being muscle), 21 different doctors, and thousands of miles traveled, we have the answer. He is left just a shell of the man that he used to be on the outside. On the inside, however, he still tries to be that man even though there is a war going on inside of him. If you had the pleasure of knowing Bill before this happened, you know that he is not a quitter, but this has him about beat.

Because of the extreme muscle wasting, he is on the verge of not being able to walk and has to deal with excruciating pain in his legs. But because of who this man is, he still makes ever effort to help his family, especially his wife, me! I have so many issues myself that have caused me to be disabled and even though he is sick, he still tries to spoil me in whatever way he can. Right now, we both need your help. We do have some family help, but after 3 years, we have all run out of resources. It takes alot to facilitate the multitude of appointments that we both have . We are also looking at a very good chance that Bill will end up needing to seek specialized sarcoidosis treatment in hospitals across the nation. The first round of treatment he was given last week failed immediately and caused additional symptoms and suffering. We are not sure he is stable enough to receive the chemotherapy here close to home. We will learn the answers and outcomes for his treatment very soon, but know without help we are going to have an incredibly difficult time getting him the treatment he needs, wherever he needs to go to get it.
