Disabled former Trucker needs your help

Hi my name is Patrick and I'm in my 40's I have done many jobs in my life. I was a Trucker for 15 years until I had my stroke while sitting in Texas. I was told to bring the truck back to Montgomery Al, where I was picked up by my wife. Long story short, I've been told I'll never work another day the rest of my life. I'm asking for the help to get this cart because I am limited to where I can go in my power wheelchair and I would give anything to be able to have more freedom and be able to drive my 7 grandbabies around with me. Please help me make my dream come true!!!!!!!!!!
