Grandma Ludmilla and Grandpa Nicholas

My grandparents, Ludmilla and Nicholas Teysar, need urgent help due to the war in Ukraine.

Grandpa had a stroke nine months before the start of the war and has been bedridden ever since. Grandma has been faithfully taking care of his needs while maintaining the household. Still, with electricity reduced to two hours a day and their natural gas heat source, she is facing the reality of a harsh winter.

The home they shared for 57 years was 3 miles away from explosions and gunfire. A driver was hired to bring them out of the active fighting area, but they are now homeless, and it is unlikely they will ever be able to return.

This fundraiser is intended to supplement the cost of relocation to America, where they will live with me and have access to medical care for grandpa Nicholas' condition.
