Disabled man's dog needs knee surgery!

My name is Carrie Munroe.

I help a DISABLED man. He lives in a camper and is in a wheelchair. Disability and food stamps is his only income. His dogs are his everything.

His best dog, Thor, is in dire need of surgery. I cannot help with this undertaking.
