Disabled Trans Couple Drowning

Hi all. Jae and I are a queer trans couple in serious need of assistance. Back in February Jae had a medical incident that has since forced them to resign their position. We are down to one income. We are drowning in medical costs and general life expenses. Jae requires an adaptive device that we are currently fighting insurance for. Their current diagnosis is Lupus and an as of yet undiagnosed neurological issue that we have appointments for this week. Our bank accounts are overdrawn and at risk of being closed and rent is coming fast. Please. Help if you can. Share if you can. Please please please.
