Disabled Trans Man Needs Help With Bills and Rent

Hello, my name is Johnny. I am a disabled trans man who is stabilizing after 6 months of homelessness in various conditions including living in a motel, couch surfing, rushing to move in with an ex-partner, and other difficult situations. I currently need money to be able to afford my rent and bills in order to stay housed and out of that situation again.
I deal with schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, dissociative identity disorder, IBS, gastro intestinal issues, arthritis, fibromyalgia and other health issues. It's impossible to work a conventional job as my health makes my condition vary wildly from day to day. I live alone and require some type of income to survive while I wait to see if I will be approved for social security disability payments.
My housing is through a program for low income severely disabled people. My rent is calculated based off of my earned income and is fortunately low. As long as I can continue to make an amount of money I will stay eligible for their program and stay housed. I have to pay for my electric and internet bills every month. I have expenses such as transportation to some appointments, the pharmacy, grocery store, and other mandatory trips. Due to inflation, I can't keep up with bills and food lately.
