Disabled veteran in a hotel with a sick wife

I'm a disabled veteran currently living in a hotel. My family and I lost our home when the landlod sold it and currently my wife is very sick with liver failure. We're just looking for any help we can get so we can get into a new place to live and survive until that can happen. We're currently living in Brewerton, NY and may have even to move to Rochester, NY if she is able to get a liver transplant. According to the doctors that may take up to 6 months, so we'll just have to see what happens. Any help is appreciated....
