she is developmentally and physically disabled and has concluded with her therapist that a green cheek conure would be a great companion as she lives in a group home due to being disabled and is very lonely and struggles with her mental health

the owner of the group home has graciously offered to pay for 100 dollars of the cost and her parents will pay for the cage toys and supplies and upkeep for the bird
