Divorce, Lawyer, Moving Out Expenses

In August, I was raped by my husband. In September, I was repeatedly harassed via phone messages, calls, and social media by him, in addition to physical stalking. I had to switch residences 3 times in a 2-week period and change my phone number twice. In October, I dropped out of college as I couldn't keep up with my work under these circumstances.

I have since moved back home. Yet my survivor advocate, the district attorney, special victims detectives, and domestic violence detectives can't do anything unless I am in New York because of privacy policies.

My husband refuses to consent to a divorce, so I need to pay divorce fees and lawyer fees on my own to get away from him. My family doesn't believe that I am not at fault, so they won't help me financially.

For a divorce in my state without children, debts, or shared property, the fee is $535. This is not including a divorce lawyer which I will need since there is some information I do not have and will need a lawyer's advice on how to proceed. Divorce lawyers charge around $75-450 per hour of consultation. Based on my current bank account and paychecks, I will need another $1000 to secure at least two months of housing near my workplace.

I am asking for anyone who is financially able to help me get away from my abuser and toxic situation. I am currently working 2 jobs to alleviate these costs, but since my state pays less than half of what I was making at my work-study job, it will take several months before I can afford these things on my own.
