Divorcing & Disabled - Help Claudia

CLAUDIA'S DIVORCE RETAINER FEE FUND:
I thought that being disabled since birth with Cerebral Palsy was challenging enough... boy was I wrong.
I am currently going thru a very bitter divorce, my attorney has withdrawn to pursue his own political aspirations for judgeship, and I am left with no legal representation and no more money to retain a new lawyer to see me thru trial which has been scheduled for August 2 & 3, 2018.
I have sought help from my local legal aid centers, but I do not qualify for their services (I am not "indigent enough"). I have met with multiple attorneys to see who would take my case pro-bono or at a discounted rate, but no luck there either. I recently filed a Motion for Fees & Costs pro-se (on my own), but it was denied (my husband's attorney pretty much crushed me with his legal knowledge during the hearing).
I need financial support in order to hire a new attorney, and to cover fees/costs relating to this divorce... a divorce that has left me financially, emotionally, and physically shattered.
Growing up with Cerebral Palsy, and having to deal with so many medical problems has been very difficult. Most of my childhood was spent in and out of hospitals and doctors' offices, but not all of that was bad... as a patient at the Shriner's Hospital for children, I had great memories from all of their wonderful doctors, staff, and other patients.
Honestly, I never thought that anyone would look at me any other way except with sympathy or ignorance. People, especially your peers, can be very cruel when dealing with a physically disabled person. So when I met my husband during our Senior year of high school, and he asked me to date him, I strongly believed he was my 'Knight In Shining Armor.'
We dated exclusively for 5 years before getting married, and this August will be 17 years of marriage, but things did not end well with us. On May 2017, I found out that my husband was cheating on me. Not only was he cheating on me with another woman, but he also had plans to remove me from his life and from our marital home. Since then, I have been battling a very bitter divorce, and I am now facing this legal battle without an attorney.
I need your help in raising the necessary funds to hire a new lawyer who will see me thru trial (which is scheduled for August 2 + 3, 2018). I would love nothing more than to close this chapter of my life and move on, but I need legal representation to do it. Thank you very much for your donations (no matter how big or small).
