Book for the Homeless

I've recently completed the manuscript of my latest self-published book entitled, 'The Do-It-Yourself out of Homelessness Guide ' . In it, I take readers on a compelling journey of what led to my battle with chronic homelessness. I candidly tell the story of my struggle with promiscuity, instability and mental illness while transparently sharing what I did to fight to regain both my sanity and financial strength; by walking the homeless back to the people, circumstances, and decisions that led to my (and their) demise. I guide those living in homelessness to their breakthroughs and a-ha moment's where they're able to take ownership of their ugly past by teaching them how to convert their hard knock life experiences into soft skills; a language that potential employers can both understand and appreciate. And in case you're wondering, the homeless do read. In fact, the library is the one place they can go, for hours on end, without being asked to leave.

My goal is to distribute 100 DIY Guides to decision makers at shelters, day resource centers and directly to the homeless; which is why I hope you'll consider partnering with me on this project.
