The mission TeamABAD is committed to immediately addressing homelessness for my trans sisters. As the holiday and winter season is upon us, the reality of no place to sleep at night, no hot meals, inadequate clothing from the cold, and no organizations that are setup to help bridge the distance is real. With a little help from everyone, TeamABAD is committed to making a BIG DIFFERENCE for my sisters in need this holiday season. This is a glimpse of our reality: 60% of trans women of color earn less than $10,000 yr. 26% are unemployed, and transgenders are 4 times more likely to be homeless, beat up and yes even killed. So, please help us to help ourselves.
