In Loving Memory of Victor Armando Hernandez

Victor was a loving caring brother with a huge hart those that knew him he was kindfull man with manors. He was a cousin, son nephew and friend and will be missed dearly. He would have taken his shirt off for anyone who needed it. His life was taken from us too soon in an unfortunate tragedy.
