DJ's Wheelchair Van Repairs

DJ's wheelchair van broke down and is sitting at Toby's auto electric in Spokane, WA. It has taken them several months to diagnose and fix the electrical issues, and they say they need to continue work on the front end. We thought we were going to get help from the state to pay for repairs so we had it towed there, but the state ran out of emergency funds and does not otherwise help with auto repair bills. We have reached out to churches and other non-profits with no luck so far. We do not have the money to pay for it, and we can not get DJ to the doctors without it as his electric wheelchair is stuck in Idaho until we can get it back to DJ in Yakima. He has had to go off his medications cold turkey, as the providers will not prescribe for him without seeing him in person. Any help at all would be appreciated.
