DJs Medical Bills

Hello everyone,

This post is here to start a fundraiser to help with DJ's outstanding medical bills due to an injury he sustained while celebrating a close friend's engagement. Due to a tragic accident, he has suffered a life-altering injury and could use as much support as possible.

Update:

DJ has had a successful surgery and is recovering after sustaining a very serious spinal cord injury as a result of an unfortunate accident this past weekend in Arizona. The incredible doctors completed a spinal fusion with a titanium cage to re-stabilize his vertebral column and alleviate the risk for further damage. He is finally able to be a little more upright in his bed with no neck brace and is beginning the healing process. DJ will have long rehabilitation journey ahead of him, so we are remaining positive and grateful after this completely life changing event.

He will be in the ICU over the next few days as the team starts to plan for rehabilitation and figuring out when he can get back to CT. This was a very positive step as this was a very high risk procedure!

The prayers, positive thoughts, and kind words have been appreciated beyond measure along with the extremely generous donations. Thank you & please keep DJ in your prayers as he navigates this difficult journey.❤️

Thank you all so much for your generosity! He is so lucky to have such a strong family and support group. We look forward to watching him get back to everyday life and enjoy some quality time with Sara, Jameson and his family.
