DJ Spinbad

DJ Spinbad, aka Chris, is one of the greatest gifts to music. Chris' success is not from luck or nepotism. He comes from humble beginnings in Queens, NY to an Irish/Sicilian family. He is a product of talent, discipline, and hard work.

Chris' acumen for music production was superseded only by his legendary ability to move a crowd via his eclectic selection and seamless transitions on the turntables. He was every Dj's favorite DJ. For decades Chris' performances have spanned the world multiple times over. Chris was one of few DJs to make radio history by simultaneously performing primetime hours on two of the most listen to radio stations in the NYC tri-state area (Z100 and Power 105). While commanding the airwaves through his nationally syndicated shows, Chris also toured with countless celebrities/artists and released unequivocally the greatest mixtapes we will ever hear.

For a proud few, he was also a friend, brother, and, most importantly to him, a father. Chris leaves behind two amazing children, Kari and Chris, Jr. They continue his father's legacy through excelling academically and with plans to be outstanding contributors to the world in their future.

We want to ensure that the economic burden of Chris's early departure from us does not impact the legacy that he leaves behind. Chris gave his heart to us through music; please return the love by supporting his family and their future.
