Life Saving Operation

Hi my name is Murphy, and for the last 11 months of my life I have been helping my mum at her work supporting bereaved families. I mostly do this with my eyes closed but the perks are good, I'm famous in the town I work and the treats and pats are plentiful. However a month ago after playing around I developed lameness in back leg. This never really seemed to go away and my mum requested the vet take pictures of it whilst I was sleeping, I don't remember much of it but I know it's left both my home family and work family distraught. The vet told my mum I have severe hip dysplasia which requires a huge operation to fix otherwise my life will be cut short at the ripe old age of 3 . I am insured however the insurance will not even cover a quarter of what is required at 8k per hip. My pictures have been seen by a few orthopaedic specialists but they have all turned my mum down. After many a teary night she has put her big pants and with the help and support of everybody we are determined to turn me into the bionic pup!!!. I am due to see the Royal Dick Vet in July as they won't see me before my 1st birthday. I am on lots of joint supplements and pain relief to help me through each day and have my exercise restricted which is difficult as there is nothing I love to do love than chase my football ⚽️. My family have cancelled any holidays and are raising as much as they can to help fund my operation but we are a long way short of the full amount required. Under these stressful times I know its a lot to ask for any support but anything at all would be gratefully appreciated, I have been told I'm mums one in a million and an extremely precious boy and hopefully in the next 6 weeks I'll pass my therapet test at just 1 year old. Ongoing treatment and recovery from my operation will be difficult but one both my family and work family are willing to support with a little help from my supporters. I would love to give you all updates on my progress so if you can please please find in your heart to give me a fighting chance to live the fullest of lives and help others through their time of need.
