Dear friends,

Some of you know me as K, others know me as DIIL. But no matter what name you know me by, I’m reaching out to you today during one of the most challenging times of my life.

For legal reasons, I have chosen to maintain my anonymity and have therefore removed the comments section.

During the pandemic, I lost my cohabiting partner and best friend. Not only did I lose him, but the heartbreak was compounded by the painful mismanagement of his care.

Unfortunately and negligently, he was placed on a Cv ward despite not having it, and tragically, he was put on the end-of-life pathway, which led to his untimely passing.

After the loss, I arranged his funeral and took care of everything alone, with only a small amount of support. Then, as if the pain of his passing wasn’t enough, his family – who he had been estranged from for years – suddenly came into the picture, seeking everything, including our home.

What followed has been an almost three-year battle, a costly and emotionally exhausting ordeal that has left me physically and mentally drained. The past nine months, in particular, have been a nightmare. Despite having already spent a very large amount of money, I’ve had to instruct yet another solicitor to try and bring this to an end. I even paid a settlement to his offspring, though I did so reluctantly, in the hope of retrieving my home. However, it remains out of my reach and they are refusing to transfer it.

I’ve spent my life helping others, and it is very rare that I ask for help myself. Over the years, I've brought many people joy through music and unforgettable parties. But right now, I need your support.

Over the past 4 ½ years, I have dedicated my time and efforts to the truth movement and have always fought for what I believe in. Now, I’m asking for your help in return.

I’ve set myself a goal of raising £10k to finally put an end to this battle and reclaim my home. I need to reach this target in order to cover my legal fees and some of my recent expenses. I would also like to make a donation to the kind, generous souls who have been assisting me throughout this process.
