Emily's Wish

Caroline Morris (Emily's Mum) will be walking up Pen Y Fan , in memory of her incredibly Brave and Courageous Daughter Emily on Saturday 29th June 2024 to raise money for the amazing Paediatric assessment unit (PAU) Play Specialist & Team in Morriston hospital who have provided excellent Care for Emily over many years.

The money raised will go towards purchasing a much needed vein finder also essential entertainment play equipment for all children of all abilities which will help them by distracting them from what can sometimes be a traumatic experience and on occasions a very long day spent on the unit or even days in the care of the wonderful staff on the Paediatric wards.

Play is an essential part of a child's treatment in hospital and also a great support to the parents and the medical team making it a less stressful experience for the child and family.

It was always a goal of Emily's to raise money to provide the play equipment to help other children during their stay on the unit or ward to say a massive Thank you for all the Care, Love and Support they have given us both especially Emily over the years. As Emily's Mum I would like to fulfill Emily's Wish in her Memory ❤️ ❤️ ❤️.
