Help Stéphane get Gender-Affirming Top Surgery

Hi, I'm Stéphane! I'm a trans boy who moved from Argentina to Italy a few years ago. I'm living a new life, in a new country as a trans expatriate citizen that constantly needs to deal with the frustration of the violence of being misgendered and forced to come out with every single person that meets in the way. I left behind my comfort zone, my safest spaces and people to expand my possibilities in Italy but, unfortunately, I don't have a stable job and I can't afford the costs of the top surgery that I've been waiting for years so as to find myself in my body, to finally get my autonomy, my entire identity: to finally be myself, be who I am. My life has been on pause waiting for this, mostly because the public health system in this country offers any kind of gender-affirming surgery but only by a judicial sentence, previous psychological and psychiatric diagnosis, which means years of waiting and uneasiness. Now more than ever I feel the urgent need to step up for myself and finally get my gender-affirming surgery. This would be a life-changing and life-saving to me and for that reason I appeal to community support to gain access to this gender-affirming top surgery.

Because of the current obstacles in this country, I'm going to Barcellona, Spain, to get the surgery with Dr. Cristina Brasó. I'm closer than ever to have the money for the surgery, I need your help to reach the total amount.
