Support Unemployed Victims of Nashville Bomb
It’s been a very tough year for Dick’s Last Resort Nashville, and its employees need your help!
On Christmas Day, a bomb attack occurred in downtown Nashville that destroyed our restaurant, causing nearly 50 of our valued team members to become unemployed... for the THIRD time this year.
Our employees have suffered an array of other devastating challenges this year! Many of them had already lost their homes from the tornados. Then, our business was forced to shut down not once, but TWICE due to COVID. When we were finally allowed to open again less than a month ago, Mayor John Cooper purposely destroyed Nashville tourism with tyrannical dining and occupancy restrictions while our struggling restaurant was already on its knees. But now, for our entire team to be out work… again… for the third time this year… is nothing short of a tragedy.
While we pride ourselves in being the highest-rated, funnest 5-star dining experience with the most laughs, this is surely nothing to laugh about. Mayor John Cooper went on national television and laughed at the situation, but for our employees and their children, this is no laughing matter! They are facing destitution and homelessness!
While it isn’t exactly surprising at this point in 2020 to be victimized by what appears to be a terrorist bombing, it is the reality nonetheless, and our team members need your help! 100% of all money raised will be distributed directly to Dick’s hourly employees, with the company also contributing funds.
On behalf of Dick’s Last Resort Nashville employees and their families, we thank you in advance for your great generosity to help our team get back on their feet during these difficult and unprecedented times.
