Hello my name is Ashley diaz. I'm raising money for My family and I (of four and one fur baby) because we just recently lost our home to hurricane Harvey that just occurred in Houston,Texas. My parents are not working right now because they are fixing the home and we are moving from place to place so with no income coming in but bills still rising this puts a lot of weight of my parents. When we evacuated it was so hard. I looked at my mother with water reaching to her chest, my dad carried out bags of the only clothes we have right now and important documents. My younger was sister scared cause she didn't know how to swim and I carried my big mutt in a backpack. After we were saved from getting out of my flooded neighborhood (the meadows in Aldine mail route -where we live) I couldn't help to cry because we were slowly losing everything. I know we all have our health and the good thing is that we are alive, but it still hurts seeing everything you worked for gone. Thank you all for having the time to read this and anything helps right now. Also Everything is much appreciated. These donations will be given to my parents to help restore our home, to replace things we lost in the flood and to help with bills that are still coming
