My name is Jeffrey and I am a bilateral below the knee amputee. I had to undergo amputations due to a bone disease called Charcot and infected bones. This has been an incredibly difficult time for me and my family, but I have not let my disability define me.

Since my amputations, I have been trying to adapt to my new way of life. However, the costs of transportation to and from physical therapy appointments, as well as other medical-related expenses, have been a huge financial burden on me, as I am living on a fixed income.

This is why I am reaching out to you for help. I am humbly requesting donations to help cover the cost of transportation to physical therapy and other medical-related expenses. I am determined to continue my journey toward recovery and independence, and any support would be greatly appreciated.
