Portable wheelchair

I suffer from a rare illness called Late Onset Krabbe's Disease. In October of 2019, I lost my ability to walk and I received a wheelchair through Medicare. It's made to fit me, and unfortunately too big to transport in our family minivan, making it impossible to get out and enjoy life with my family. I would love to get a lighter power chair that's light weight easier to load into our vehicle. I miss out on so much enjoying watching my kids grow up and I so want to be able to have quality time with them and my beautiful wife . We are a family of 5 and are very blessed. A light weight wheelchair would help having more opportunities to spend time together as a family
