DNA kits for Cambodia

In October 2020, Meta Meulenbelt joined forces with Li-Da Kruger and Kari Lemons to start the NGO DNACambodia. 

All three of us three ladies have been independently helping Cambodian people to reunite with their loved ones, through DNA testing. We have started working together towards a common goal: giving all Cambodians the opportunity to place their DNA in a DNA database, so they can be matched to their missing relatives. Cambodian people have lost each other through war or adoption in the past. DNA is often the only way to find each other again.

We started the NGO DNACambodia, based in the Netherlands in October 2020. We are the three founding Board members of this NGO, which will also be registered within Cambodia under the name Khmer Family Finder Organization (KFFO).

Through a very generous donation of DNA kits, we will be able to start our activities in Cambodia really soon. But first, we need money for the in-country costs, like hiring people to take the DNA tests and costs for sending the DNA tests to the laboratory.
