Family of 7 in need of help!

Hello my name is Walter my Brother and his family is in need of assistance.

On 12/23 we experienced a tragedy. His 5yr old walked in and stated that her room smelled like burnt marshmallows. Upon investigating they found no smoke, but confirmed the faint smell of burnt marshmallows. He investigated further and became overcome with flames and smoke when we opened the attic door. The flames were everywhere. The fire consumed 1/3 of their home. They also have tons of smoke and water damage throughout what’s left of their house. They are currently in a hotel that can barely accommodate a family of 7. They are trying to make sense of all that has happened and to stay warm in these Chicago subzero temperatures. Due to the holiday things with our insurance company is moving slowly. My family and I might have lost a lot of material items, but we still have each other. We are in need of assistance, Anything would help during this difficult time. We thank you for giving and we appreciate those that want to but are unable.
