Running costs and critical repairs

Its been a very busy few months for the rescuers at Swans and friends bird rescue.

This past week alone between us we have racked up over 1200miles to attend numerous rescues, most recently i travelled to Nottingham to rescue a cygnet

Other than critical rescue equipment most of our expense is fuel, 2 of our rescuers use personal vehicles however we also have a swanbulance that needs to be regulary serviced and occasionally due to the terrain we cover; repairs are needed.

This week the swanbulance is in for a major service and MOT.

It would be amazing if you were willing to help us with covering the recent fuel costs and the up and coming swanbulance service..

Unfortunately the swanbulance failed its MOT due to a fuel system fault..

The repair and service will cost over £1500..

So i have increased the target..
