Help My Brother, a Down Syndrome Patient

Hello, my name is Sherin Tayeh, and I am from Gaza.

I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart, seeking your help and support for my beloved brother, who is 23 years old and has Down Syndrome. Our family has faced unimaginable hardships due to the ongoing genocide and severe famine in Gaza, and we are in desperate need of assistance.

Our Story:

My brother has always been the heart of our family with his infectious smile and boundless spirit. Despite his condition, he has brought us immense joy and hope. However, the recent events in Gaza have taken a devastating toll on our lives. Our home has been destroyed, leaving us without shelter, security, and the basic necessities of life. My brother’s condition requires special medical care and attention, which has become nearly impossible to secure in the current dire circumstances.

The constant threat of violence and the severe famine have exacerbated my brother's health issues. He needs immediate medical attention, a safe place to live, and continuous care to manage his condition. The scarcity of food and medical supplies has made it incredibly challenging to provide for his needs, and our family is struggling to survive.
