Medical and Moving Expenses

I hope this message finds you in peace on this Easter Sunday. I wanted to let you know what's going on with me since September of last year. I went on a trip to Nashville which I hope to move to eventually. When I arrived back to my home in Arizona from the trip I crashed and burned. I did not realize how low my gas tank was and the trip would push me over the edge. I started having long bouts with insomnia. I've been to several doctor's. I was diagnosed with severe Adrenal insufficiency, Thyroid problems which ive had 4 procedures on, Chronic fatigue syndrome. The insomnia is life threatening at this point. Several medications and doctor's later over a 6 month period one of which said he thought I had Lyme disease and Ive shown little progress in the healing process mainly due to the fact that I can't sleep. I've made the very hard decision to leave my lake home of 10 year's that I rent to move back to Upstate New York where Im from. I can't pay my bill's here at my home. Rent continues to climb here. I cant take care of myself at this point. I haven't worked since September of last year. My doctor's feel that Mitochondrial DNA treatment would be good for me. $7,500 and then around $2,500 for my move. Shipping cost of some personal items. I would have to ship my car since I owe on it still and will need a car when i return home. Driving across the country is out of the question even with a driving partner. I can hardly take out the trash and water landscape at this point. Ive had to call 911 3 times in recent weeks do to breathing problems which is due to insomnia. My respiratory system is being Compromised. Im asking for my friend's to help. If you can share this post id appreciate it.
