Help for Harrison ❤️

Jay and Julia here from Sudbury, Ontario. Earlier this week, we were informed about a young man named Harrison, who is currently at HSN Hospital. He was involved in a tragic accident on Hwy 144, during which his mother, Jeannie Victoria Steppings, sadly lost her life. She was on her way to start a new life in British Columbia after losing her job in Montreal, Quebec.

Harrison was airlifted to Sudbury HSN, where he faced the devastating reality of losing his mother, along with their two beloved dogs. He has no father or nearby family, friends to support him through this time. To make things even more difficult, Harrison had just turned 18, recently moved out on his own, and is now unable to work due to the serious injuries he sustained in the accident, including broken ribs in three places, a fractured spine, and several other injuries.

We are sharing Harrison’s story because he will need funds to cover funeral expenses, as well as support for other costs associated with being from a different province. While in the hospital, Harrison expressed his interest in Letterkenny to his victim services worker, which led to us connecting and becoming friends. We have personally witnessed the resilience and strength Harrison has shown throughout this ordeal. He is an incredible young man, and now more than ever, he needs our community’s help.
