my cats surgery

my cat hebe has been with my family for the last 15 years, i still remember when i was 2 and my mum opened the cardboard box she came in she jumped out and flew into my nan’s arms. after just not being herself, we took her to the vets and they said the heart murmur she’s had for the last couple of months has got a lot worse and she’s got liquid inside her lungs which is stopping her from being able to breathe properly. they could remove it but it’d literally cost thousands and thousands. even a CT scan would cost £3000. seeing her like this pains me so much. i didn’t really want to set up a gofundme cos i hate asking for money especially for things like this but even if she doesn’t make it any money would be appreciated as the vet bill today is going up and up with the amount of tests they’re still running. i honestly don’t even know what i’m saying by typing this it’s more a shock as she’s always been such a bright energetic cat and seeing her like this is just such a contrast to her usual self. thank you so much for all of the kind messages you lot have given me i love u all fr
