Exploring Inner Work and Activism: Our Transformative Experience

Hello, my name is Cloé and I am collecting money to support my work as a spaceholder and a documentary film producer.

During two weeks in July 2023, my friends Hannah, Steffi and I held a research space on sustainable cultural change and the relationship between inner work and political activism. A group of 20 people from 10 different nationalities gathered in a full outdoor experience in Germany to explore the topics of integrative feelings work, embodiment, sexuality, ecology and community.

We asked ourselves how our personal issues might be political and collective, how we can regulate our nervous systems to create more coherence and connexion in our relationships, and how we can empower each other to make cultural changes in our communities.

I gathered the testimonies and gold of our brillant participants and I have been spending hours cutting the material to share our discoveries with the world.
